When you go to the Snow Forts, Stage B will be opened! Go inside it. You'll get this screen.
Go ahead and collect the free item.



You'll have to shoot three scenes. The first one is to drive the police car.



Second, pilot the helicopter.



Last, jump from the building.



And there you go! You get to collect the Action Scene background.
